Meditation is made easy with the Calm App. My friend Suzanne introduced me to this meditation app over a year ago. I downloaded this on my iPhone and Nook. You can choose from a variety of sounds, as well as select guided meditations. Some of the guided meditations are free while others require you to subscribe.
Try a simple commitment of at least 5 minutes out of your day 5 days a week to meditate over the next 5 weeks... And see how moments of stillness can help you achieve more.
